Terms of Service

1. Introduction By accessing and using The Muscleagents (themuscleagents.eu), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligibility. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products All products are produced via a Print-on-Demand (POD) model by local production partners. Slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to the nature of the production process.

4. Orders & Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in EUR
  • As a small business (Kleinunternehmer § 19 UStG), VAT is not charged on our products
  • Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available and displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping

  • EU: €4.00 flat rate /Free for orders of €69.00 or more/ 7–15 business days (including production)
  • All orders are fulfilled by local production partners in the respective region.

6. Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. After notifying us of the withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days. Additional rights apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.

7. User Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Intellectual Property All designs, content, and branding belong to The Muscleagents. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Liability  To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Muscleagents is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Governing Law  These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer residing in another country of the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
