3. Products All products are produced via a Print-on-Demand (POD) model by local production partners. Slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to the nature of the production process.
4. Orders & Pricing
- Prices are displayed in EUR (EU), GBP (UK), and USD (US)
- EU prices include VAT where applicable
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
5. Shipping
- EU: €4.00 flat rate / Free over €69.00 / 5–10 business days
- UK: £3.99 flat rate / Free over £69.00 / 5–10 business days
- US: $4.59 flat rate / Free over $69.00 / 5–10 business days
All orders are fulfilled by local production partners in the respective region.
6. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
7. User Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
8. Intellectual Property All designs, content, and branding belong to The Muscleagents. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Liability The Muscleagents is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany.
