Refund Policy

Our Print-on-Demand Model

All products at The Muscleagents are made-to-order using a Print-on-Demand (POD) system. This means each item is produced individually after your order is placed, specifically for you. Because of this custom production process, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

Returns & Refunds

Custom-Made Products: Since all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color selections. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong product or design), we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

How to Report a Defective or Incorrect Item

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery:

  1. Email us at: contact@themuscleagents.eu

  2. Include the following information:

    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the defective/damaged item
    • Clear photos of the product packaging (if damaged)
    • Description of the issue

  3. Response time: We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.

Important: You do not need to return the defective item. Once we verify the issue with the photos you provide, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Full refund or free replacement
  • Processing time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval
  • Refund method: Original payment method used for purchase

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made products (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect)
  • Products where you changed your mind about size, color, or design
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
