Refund Policy

Returns

Our products are produced using a Print on Demand (POD) system, which means each item is made individually for you once an order is placed.
Because of this personalized production process, we can only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The product differs from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or design due to our error)

We cannot accept returns if you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or simply do not like the product, as each item is produced specifically for you.

Refunds

If your item qualifies for a return (defect or production error), you may request a refund. To do so, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the defective or incorrect product

Once approved, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or

  • Send a replacement item at no extra cost

Processing times

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

EU Consumer Rights

Please note that under EU law, consumers generally have the right to return goods within 14 days without providing a reason. However, this right does not apply to goods that are custom-made or personalized, which includes our Print on Demand products.

Return conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
