Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If multiple items from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the withdrawal function available on our website or contact us at contact@themuscleagents.eu.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

Condition of Returned Products

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we explicitly state otherwise, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at contact@themuscleagents.eu and provide your order number, a description of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation of an order until it has been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer available. After delivery, the withdrawal and return rules described in this policy apply.

Personalised Products

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer's individual specifications or goods that are clearly personalised. Where such an exception applies, this will be clearly indicated before purchase.
