Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions
We currently deliver to all countries within European Union.

Shipping costs (including VAT):

  • Standard shipping: 3 EUR flat rate per order

  • Free shipping for orders over 59 EUR

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the delivery of goods within Europe takes approximately  7 - 13 business days after order confirmation (in case of prepayment, after receipt of payment). Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+1) will be processed on the same business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

Order Handling & Processing:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+1)

  • Handling Time: 2 - 5 business days (Monday – Friday)

  • Transit Time: 5-8 business days (Monday – Friday)

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to follow your package's progress.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship all products together in one package, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
